501(c)(7) Compliance
All membership tiers are designed to comply with IRS 501(c)(7) requirements. At least 65% of club income must come from members, not the general public.
Founding Member Benefits
Founding members receive special recognition and benefits for being part of the club's initial formation. This offer is limited to the first 100 members.
Dues Structure
Dues are established annually by the Board of Directors and approved by the membership. All dues are non-refundable and used to support club operations.
Code of Conduct
All members must agree to and abide by the club's code of conduct. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
