  • Event notifications and registration
  • Member communications
  • In-person meetings and events (when available)

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account or subscribe to our mailing list, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Mailing List and Communications

By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive emails from Columbus Pinball Club regarding:

  • Club updates and announcements
  • Event notifications and details
  • New pinball machine acquisitions
  • Member benefits and opportunities
  • Newsletter and general communications

You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

5. In-Person Events and Meetings

Participation in in-person events and meetings is voluntary and at your own risk. Columbus Pinball Club is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during these events.

All participants must follow venue rules, local laws, and club guidelines. Failure to comply may result in removal from events and termination of membership.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Columbus Pinball Club or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Membership and Payment Terms

Columbus Pinball Club offers founding membership through a one-time founders fund contribution. By making a payment, you agree to the following terms:

  • Founders Fund: A one-time payment of $50 that secures your founding membership and covers your first month of membership when the club opens.
  • Voting Rights: Founding members receive exclusive voting rights on club matters and decisions.
  • Fund Protection: All founders funds are held in a separate account and will be returned in full if the club fails to secure its first location by December 2025.
  • Transparency: All financial information, including founders fund usage, will be regularly updated on our financial report, annual budget, and income tracking pages.
  • No Refunds: Once the club secures its first location, founders funds are non-refundable and will be applied to your first month of membership.

9. Limitation of Liability

Columbus Pinball Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
